Do you charge the buyer a commission?

We agree the terms and the fee before any viewings, so you know them upfront. The stock is resale — the sellers are the current owners.

Why City Walk, Central Park and Design District?

Can I buy remotely without flying to the UAE?

Yes. Video viewings, document checks, power of attorney and secured payments — the deal can be closed entirely remotely.

Does buying property grant a residency visa?

Yes — above the qualifying property value you can obtain a 10-year Golden Visa for you and your family. I handle the whole process, Emirates ID included.

What does the concierge service cover after the deal?
